Illegal fentanyl when mixed with other ingredients to make pills look like candy.
This appears to make them look legitimate but can be a deathly poison after swallowed.
Note: there is legal fentanyl, a narcotic, approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for
use by doctors to treat their patients who have severe pain- especially after
surgery and for advanced-stage cancer, but that is not what I am dealing with here in this
writing. Rather, here in this writing, I am dealing with some of the illegal issues of fentanyl.

What is Illegal Fentanyl?
Illegal fentanyl is a
potent synthetic opioid drug created by scientists in labs. Some of these scientists may live
and work in other parts of the world and may not have your best interests in mind. Many of
these kinds of scientists do not love the Lord and create this poison for the money they can
make from the sale of this stuff. This stuff can eventually find its way into your country
and onto "the street" near where you live. It is usually sold on the black
market by unlicensed drug pushers or dealers.
Its street nickname is Apace, China Girl, China Town, Dance Fever, Friend, Goodfellas,
Great Bear, He-Man, Jackpot, King Ivory, Murder 8, Poison, and Tango & Cash.
Some of the general legal problems in regards to this stuff-
In 2023, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) seized more than seventy nine million illegal
fentanyl pills. They also found that sixty percent of the illegal heroin or cocaine
they confiscated was laced with lethal doses of fentanyl. They also seized six tons of
fentanyl powder. Some of this stuff can be stirred into alcoholic drinks. The user is told that
this will give him or her a super high. But this is a serious problem and can lead to death from
fentanyl poisoning. If a drug dealer causes one to die, a murder charge can be levied against
him or her. This drug leads to impaired judgment with slowed movements and reactions.
Therefore, driving a motor vehicle when under the influence of this drug is criminal.
So, it is not good to break laws in order to obtain this stuff such as forging prescriptions to
obtain fentanyl or visiting multiple doctors to obtain multiple prescriptions for fentanyl
known as “doctor shopping”.
What is its appeal?
Sometimes illegal fentanyl is taken to give one a high. Sometimes it is taken as an escape
from reality or as an escape from pain of one kind or another. Sometimes it is taken
as a result of addiction. And there are some other reasons not mentioned here.
Fentanyl causes one's brain tissue to release large amounts of dopamine, a chemical
responsible for making one feeling happy. In large amounts, dopamine causes euphoria and
the user likes this feeling a lot- so much in fact that he or she does not want to get off
of it. But, in time, a tolerance can be built up in the mind and body against it so it takes
more and more of this stuff to get the desired results. That is where the problem comes in.
What is it? Just one mistake on the dosage you think is required for your high may be too
much of a dosage for you to safely ingest. If that is the case, your miracle drug may turn
out to be poison.
Why can illegal fentanyl be a poison? This stuff is not good for you. It may temporarily
deaden one's pain and temporarily get one high but the side effects can ruin your life.
It can cause addiction- but one main problem is also misuse. If one does not dose this
street stuff
correctly then one can take an overdose. The dose of this stuff is much smaller than that
of other hard drugs. This is where a lot of fatal mistakes are made. One can easily poison
themself by taking too much of this stuff. And an overdose can lead to death.
Why is illegal fentanyl so dangerous? It is because it is a very strong or potent drug.
U.S. government research
indicates that it is one hundred times stronger than morphine and fifty times stronger than
heroin. It is dangerous to take too much of it. How well do you trust Satanic drug pushers?
With drugs in their possession, they have an avenue for evil. They can add their fentanyl to other
drugs, cut the fentanyl amount they sell you, or alter the fentanyl in their possession
in other ways before they sell it to you. These individuals are criminals that operate outside
the confines of the law, trustworthiness, decency, and morality.
Some drug dealers can create pills that look like legitimate ones
How Is Illegal Fentanyl Personally Used?
In its dry form it can be sniffed, snorted, smoked, or taken in pill form- pills that look
like the real prescription ones. In its liquid form it can be added to nasal sprays, eye drops,
or dropped onto blotter paper. It can be mixed with drugs like heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine
or legal prescription pills without you knowing about it. Can you really trust your drug
pusher? If you get a poison pill it can kill you. In other words a small dose of fentanyl can
be fatal. Just two milligrams the size of two grains of sand can be enough to kill someone.
Fentanyl acts very quickly- once taken, the user can stop breathing in five minutes.
It takes less than this to kill you

Test strips
Evil individuals may mix deadly levels of illegal fentanyl with other drugs. The user may not see
the fentanyl, taste it, or smell it. It is nearly impossible to tell if drugs have been laced
with fentanyl unless you test your drugs with fentanyl test strips. Certain stores in your
area should have these test strips for sale or you can purchase them online. The test strips
are inexpensive and typically give results within five minutes. It is better to test
what you buy on the street rather than to gamble with your life, so beware.
PART 1 SPIRITUAL TREATMENT
Do not ever rule God out. He is the first One who you should turn to when you have a problem. Our young people in America are under attack and it's not God's will that we lose one of them. The church should not shoot it's wounded.
At one time I knew a devout Christian man who had a drinking alcohol addiction left over from his unsaved life style. He trusted the Lord to help him break his addiction but nothing happened at first. But he persevered anyways. Then one day, when he didn't even know it, the Lord did something deep in his life and his addiction was completely broken. Jesus Christ broke the chains of his addiction.
We used to sing an old church chorus "The Lion of Judah will break every chain and give
to us the victory again and again." That happened 54 years ago and the man does not drink to this day.
Rev. David Wilkerson in his book, The Cross and The Switchblade, stated that there was only one thing that would permanently break the heroin addiction of young people on the streets of New York City. That one thing was the Baptism in the Holy Spirit
(according to Acts 2:4). If a person had that power of God in their life, following their salvation experience with Christ, they could be an overcomer and not relapse back into heroin addiction again unless they wanted to.
If you or someone you know has a current fentanyl addiction all hope is not lost. Offer them salvation through Jesus Christ first. Then influence them to receive the
Baptism in the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4) complete with speaking in tongues. God is the One to break any addiction in any sincere Christian's life.
Here is some practical advice how to go about it.
Once Christ comes to literally live inside of your heart take your surplus illegal drugs and throw them away. Then find the nearest bible believing church and make an appointment to speak with the pentecostal pastor there. Explain to him what has just happened to you and he will help you get into God's word and help you get sound Biblical teaching. If he cannot help you directly I am sure that he will be able to find someone who can.
Once you are strong in the resurrection power of Jesus Christ the pastor will encourage you to receive the power of the Holy Spirit in a subsequent act of spiritual baptism
(Acts 2:4). This dynamic power from God is greater than anything that Satan has to offer. You need this power to help you live the Christian life and to help you fight against the power of relapsing back to your addiction. And God is always happy to share His power with you when you ask in faith.
No one ever said it would be easy but I am confident that you can do it if you want to.

PART 2 PHYSICAL TREATMENT
The first step of overcoming any addiction is for the user to admit that he or she has a
problem. They must want to get clean. This is critical for a fentanyl user.
Once that hurdle has been crossed, there is a medication called Naloxone. This is approved by
the U.S. government and is available in all 50 states and can be purchased from a local
pharmacy without a prescription in most states. This is a medication that can reverse the
effects of opioid overdose. It is designed to reduce painful opioid withdrawal
symptoms- not only of fentanyl but also some of the other hard drugs as well. It can be applied
by needle or by nasal spray called NARCAN® and KLOXXADO®.
