Revelation 2:3
Revelation 2:3 - You have perseverance
Revelation 2:3 - You have endured trials
Revelation 2:3 - You have never grown weary
Revelation 2:4
Revelation 2:4 - You have left first love
Revelation 2:5
Revelation 2:5 - remember
Revelation 2:5 - repent

...and you have perseverance and have endured for My name`s sake, and have not grown weary
(Revelation 2:3).

Yet I have this against you- that you have left your first love
(Revelation 2:4).

Remember, therefore, of the height from which you have fallen. Repent at once, and do the first works, or else I will surely come and remove your lampstand out of its place- unless you repent
(Revelation 2:5).

Are there any Bible scriptures that might help us understand these verses here in Revelation? In my opinion I think so-

Revelation 2:3
...and you have perseverance and have endured (trials) for My name`s sake, and have not grown (spiritually) weary.

You Have Perseverance (Patience)

The Lord knows and praises them for their perseverance or patience. It appears this revelation was also previously revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Two
(Revelation 2:2). Please journey there for Gods's message or

God gives enough grace for each trial we face

(You) Have Endured (trials) for My Name`s Sake

The perseverance of God's Overcomers in the first century churches is commendable. Perseverance in the face of adversity yields Christian maturity. Here are examples of some perseverance as revealed in the scrolls of Revelation:

This is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Two-
...and you have perseverance and have endured for My name`s sake
(Revelation 2:3).

This is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Four-
...you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you...
(Revelation 2:13).

and this is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Seven-
...you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name (Revelation 3:8).

Are there other scrolls in the bible that appear to reveal this? Yes. Here are a few:

Moses faced a trial for the Lord but God prevailed-
So Moses cried out to the Lord, saying- what shall I do with this people? They are almost ready to stone me
(Exodus 17:4).

Ezra faced a trial for the Lord but God prevailed-
Let it be known to the king that we went into the province of Judea, to the temple of the great God, that is being built with heavy stones, and timber is being laid in the walls- and this work goes on diligently and prospers in their hands
(Ezra 5:8).

Nehemiah faced a trial for the Lord but God prevailed-
Then I said to them- you see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lies waste, and its gates are burned with fire. Come and let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach
(Nehemiah 2:17).

Hilkiah faced a trial for the Lord but God prevailed-
Go up to Hilkiah the high priest, that he may count the money that has been brought into the house of the Lord, that the doorkeepers have gathered from the people. And let them deliver it into the hand of those doing the work, who are the overseers in the house of the Lord- let them give it to those who are in the house of the Lord doing the work, to repair the damages of the house to carpenters and builders and masons- and to buy timber and hewn stone to repair the house
(2 Kings 22:4-6).

Paul the Apostle faced a trial for the Lord but God prevailed-
To the present hour we both hunger and thirst, and we are poorly clothed, and beaten, and homeless. And we labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless- being persecuted, we endure- being defamed, we entreat. We have been made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things until now
(1 Corinthians 4:11-13).

(You) have never grown (spiritually) weary

God encourages His Overcomers to continue to persevere and for deciding not to give up.
This appears to be revealed in several scrolls of Revelation:

It is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Two-
...and you have perseverance and have endured for My name`s sake, and have not grown weary
(Revelation 2:3).

It is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Five-
...but hold fast what you have till I come
(Revelation 2:25).

and it is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Seven-
Behold, I AM coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown
(Revelation 3:11).

Are there other scrolls in the bible that appear to reveal this? Yes. Here are a few-

Moses was faced with adversity but God helped him and he did not give up-
And Korah gathered all the congregation against them (Numbers 16:19)...so they got away from around the tents of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram- and Dathan and Abiram came out and stood at the door of their tents (Numbers 16:27)...and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, with their households and all the men with Korah, with all their goods
(Numbers 16:32).

Elijah was faced with adversity but God helped him and he did not give up-
And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, also how he had executed all the (false) prophets with the sword. Then Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah, saying- so let the gods do to me, and more also, if I do not make your life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time. And when he saw that, he arose and ran for his life, and went to Beersheba, that belongs to Judah, and left his servant there. But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a broom tree. And he prayed that he might die, and said- it is enough! Now, Lord, take my life, for I am no better than my fathers! (I Kings 19:1-4)...then as he lay and slept under a broom tree, suddenly an angel touched him, and said to him- arise and eat
(1 Kings 19:5).

Jonah was discouraged but God helped him and he did not give up-
But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he became angry. So he prayed to the Lord, and said- Ah, Lord, was not this what I said when I was still in my country? Therefore I fled previously to Tarshish- for I know that You are a gracious and merciful God, slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness, One who relents from doing harm. Therefore now, O Lord, please take my life from me, for it is better for me to die than to live (Jonah 4:1-3)...and the Lord God prepared a plant and made it come up over Jonah, that it might be shade for his head to deliver him from his misery. So Jonah was very grateful for the plant
(Jonah 4:6).

Revelation 2:4
Yet I have this against you- that you have left your first love.

You Have Left Your First Love (For Jesus)

God appears to reveal the leaving of one's love for the Lord in only one scroll of Revelation:

It is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Two-
...you have left your first love (Revelation 2:4).

This scripture stands alone in the scrolls of Revelation. I could write a few commentary lines about it, however, I am not writing a commentary. Rather, I present the scriptures that God has revealed and let Him do the interpreting.

Is there another scroll in the bible that appears to spiritually reveal this? Yes. Here is the scripture-

Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another
(Mark 9:50).

If you are looking for an interpretation or application of this verse in regards to leaving your first love, you might consider these verses:
Jeremiah 2:1-2, 13, and 19; Ezekiel 16:8 and 15; Matthew 13:20-21; Matthew 24:12; Luke 10:27;
John 14:15; John 14:21; John 15:10; 1 Timothy 5:12; 2 Timothy 1:13-15; 2 Timothy 4:10;
1 Corinthians 13:2; Ephesians 1:15; Hebrews 2:3

Revelation 2:5
Remember, therefore, of the height from which you have fallen. Repent at once, and do the first works, or else I will surely come and remove your lampstand out of its place- unless you repent.

Remember

God encourages His Overcomers to remember their first love for Him. This appears to be revealed in the scrolls of Revelation:

It is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Two-
Remember, therefore, of the height from which you have fallen. Repent at once, and do the first works, or else I will surely come and remove your lampstand out of its place- unless you repent
(Revelation 2:5).

and it is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Six-
Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard. Continually lay them to heart, and repent
(Revelation 3:3).

Repent

What does it mean to repent?
The Greek word for repentance is metanoeo and it means to change one's mind for the better- to turn from sin to God and resolve to reform one's life- to forsake wilful sin against God, and abhor one's past sins. It can involve sorrow, regret, and feelings of grief.

When appropriate, it is God's will for His Overcomers to repent- this appears to be revealed in several Scrolls of Revelation:

God reveals it in Revelation Scroll Number Two-
Remember therefore from where you have fallen- repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place- unless you repent
(Revelation 2:5).

It is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Four-
...repent- or else I will come to you quickly and will fight against them with the sword of My mouth
(Revelation 2:16).

It is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Five-
...and I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds
(Revelation 2:21-22).

It is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Six-
Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard. Continually lay them to heart, and repent...
(Revelation 3:3).

and it is revealed in Revelation Scroll Number Eight-
As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent
(Revelation 3:19).

Are there other scrolls in the bible that appear to reveal this? Yes-

Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying- arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it- for their wickedness has come up before Me
(Jonah 1:1-2)...
but let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily to God- yes, let every one turn from his evil way and from the violence that is in his hands. Who can tell if God will turn and relent, and turn away from His fierce anger, so that we may not perish? Then God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way- and God relented from the disaster that He had said He would bring upon them, and He did not do it
(Jonah 3:8-10).

Now, therefore- says the Lord-
turn to Me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning. So rend your heart, and not your garments- return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness- and He relents from doing harm (Joel 2:12-13)...blow the trumpet in Zion, consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly- gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and nursing babes- let the bridegroom go out from his chamber, and the bride from her dressing room. Let the priests, who minister to the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar...
(Joel 2:15-17).

...if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land
(2 Chronicles 7:14).

When an Overcomer sins, he or she should repent:

God hates willful sin and it will separate one from God-
The fool has said in his heart- there is no God. They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity- there is none who does good. God looks down from Heaven upon the children of men- to see if there are any who understand- who seek God. Every one of them has turned aside- they have together become corrupt- there is none who does good- no, not one. Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up My people as they eat bread, and do not call upon God?
(Psalm 53:1-4).

God has one way to redeem one from sin-
...but if we walk in the Light, as He is the Light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us
(1 John 1:7-10).
